Baggage Handling Agent- Ft. Lauderdale, FL

Location: Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL), Ft. Lauderdale, FL

REQUIREMENTS:

Job description: Work in an airport environment providing customer service to airline passengers; loading, unloading baggage indoors and outdoors.

Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods at a time
Must be able to work in stressful situations and in a fast pace environment
Must be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Must possess a High School diploma or GED equivalent
Must be well groomed
Must be able to lift 50 – 70 lbs bags
Other duties as assigned

***Must be bilingual (English & Spanish)***

*** Must be able to pass a Fingerprint based criminal background check to obtain an airport badge***
(You will be expected to pay for your background check. Estimated out of pocket expenses are approximately $60.00 - $90.00)

This is a part-time / seasonal position. Average 20 hours per week.

Starting rate of $13.38 per hour
