We offer a full refund on reservations canceled 24 hours prior to arrival. No cancelation fee will be assessed. Reservations not canceled prior to 24 hours will be ineligible for a refund.
We will process your cancelation/refund request within one to seven business days. The money will be refunded to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to process but may not reflect on your credit card statement until the next cycle.
